INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

First Class International Mail is no longer available on most of our items due to items being lost. We must have the ability to track packages to be covered under PayPal's seller protection policy. USPS Priority Mail International is the least expensive service that offers online tracking. You MUST insure your package to be refunded by us in the event of damage or loss.

• Will you add a Buy It Now?
  NO. We let all of our auctions finish. We have a store for fixed price items.



• Do you combine shipping?
  YES. Let us know if you are bidding on or have purchased more than one item. We'll send a combined invoice with a single shipping charge. This must be done BEFORE making payment.
  
  
• Are the colored gemstones natural?
  If we know, we'll state that fact. Natural and synthetic / lab-grown gemstones have the same chemical properties and cannot be distinguished with an electronic tester. We can only tell you what type they are.
  
  
• Is the gold real / solid?
  YES. Unless specifically listed as plated or gold-filled. The word 'solid' means that gold is the only metal present. Some items are made of gold, but hollow inside.



• Do I need to insure my package?
  It is recommended. We will not be held responsible for uninsured packages. Foreign shipments must be shipped by Priority Mail to be insured. Insurance is required on some items.



• What is the carat weight of the stone?
  If it's not listed we don't know. Carats are a measure of weight which requires removing the stone from its setting. We do not do this, and therefore can only tell you the size / dimensions of the stone.



• Do you know the history / story behind this item or exactly how old it is?
  NO. We do not know the history of the items we sell, and we will state to the best of our knowledge how old something is in the description.
